How to take a Gratitude Walk:
Open the Door: Start by opening the door and going for walk. Short and easy. Don’t overthink it, just do it.
Open Your Senses: Observe your surroundings and open your senses. What do you see? Smell? Feel? Hear? Pay attention and really focus on taking it all in.
Offer Gratitude: Now offer gratitude for all of the things that your senses are picking up, and anything else that you’re grateful for in life.
